My Story

I hope all is well with you.

I’m Charisse Medina and I have always been inlove with creating. I write poems and I make watercolor paintings. I enjoy starting from a concept and building it up to create a story through a finished artwork.

My career revolves around one simple concept, a story. I believe everything has its own function and role. A purpose, a soul. Since 2014, even when I was still in college, I’ve been taking freelance roles because I want to expand my experience. Grasping on every story I can through every project entrusted to me that I may create vivid artworks embedded with stories.

Since I started freelancing, I was able to build brands from concept to execution. My love for branding enabled me to talk to people, help them see the vision and the impact of their business. I always feel like I build bridges through my design. Form with function. My end-goal is to always make my clients feel closer to their business through an established brand.

I have worked with start-ups to more established brands. I always find it fulfilling to create with start-ups because through this, I also support their dreams. On the other hand, whenever I work with larger companies, I find that I make artworks with greater impact.

My intention for creating is more than just a mean to sustain my career. It has always been my purpose.
