Consisting of 5 markets: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, LBC Middle East is one of the largest in-demand courier in the world considering the large number of OFW based in these countries. As a Freelance Community Manager, I handled LBC Middle East’s FAQ preparation, response and escalations of comments, promo management, copywriting, and insight and sentiment reporting. In addition, I also do artwork approval for posts under my task.
